The Global Economy has put great
pressure on our Clients. Many have focused on their Core Competencies and have
considered outsourcing those functions that don't add direct value to their
product and service strategy.
This economy is continually creating time to
market pressures where they need to have the product available in a specific
timeframe, or they will be too late. Just barely too late can be a financial
disaster and possibly even fatal to the Client.
The competition they face is not only in the
realm of their industry and marketplace. Besides fighting their competition on
a product and service strategy level, they must also face the challenging task
of competing for the precious people they need.

every industry. This can be a very challenging issue to deal with. They need

typically constrained on how much of their "producing" resources they
can spend on the search, attraction, screening & qualifying, and
interviewing processes.
Although our Clients are typically well known
in their marketplace, they are often "unknown" to the candidates they
want. The Client often needs an "agent" who thoroughly understands
them, and is qualified to explain to the desired candidate, why the candidate
would want the Client's opportunity.
Time is everything. Our Client's need the help
of a qualified agency to find and recruit the right people, with the agency
doing most of the up front work.
Our Client's can not afford a "bad
hire" situation. The potential damage to project timetables can be
irreparable.
