Our history makes us very
different from the others in our industry.
Our Client Services and Recruiting team-members have worked with technology for a
total of more than 29 years. We have also been in business development
involving advanced technologies for more than 19 years.
This combination of experience and knowledge
enables us to understand the needs of our clients and the capabilities of our
candidates. Our processes then facilitate the matching which results in the
"good hire" scenario.
On the Technical
side, we have worked with the large IT organizations and architectures for
almost 20 years. We were there with the old technologies of 1980, and we are
current with the trends and architectures as we move into the next millennium.
We also have more than 7 years of experience
working in the world of Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Genetic
Algorithms, etc.
We have 6 years experience working with
Embedded Control System products and architectures
from both a hardware and software perspective. Most of our experience has been
with product development efforts within "safety critical" industries,
which must be in compliance with Federal Agencies.
We have more than 6 years experience in the
world of Automation. We are very knowledgeable of
the Process Control market involving Programmable Logic Controllers, and
various types of supervisory control architectures involving the VAX and
workstation systems (sometimes referred to as Level 2 and 3 of the "steel
model").
Our Scientific and
Engineering experience has gone beyond product architectures and into
such programs as the original B-1 Bomber Project, the first Space Shuttle
Project, the Manned Orbiting Laboratory Project, and many others where science
and computing architectures are somewhat different.
On top of all this, we have worked in the
Professional Services community for 19 years. We
understand the challenges facing both our clients and our candidates.
