Know the Client
Our Client Focus Strategy helps us
to better understand our Clients. We like to meet with the senior executives
along with the key managers involved in the hiring decision. We learn how our
Clients compete in the marketplace, how they are organized, what their
"product and service strategy" looks like and what it's architecture
consists of. We understand the skills and personality type of the people that
are successful there. We need to understand what it is like to work there, and
why a Candidate would want to be part of their team.
IDEA TWO -
Know the Candidate
Our
Candidate Focus Strategy has us understand what our Candidate is looking for.
We like to know what they have liked about prior work they have done, and what
they didn't like. We must know what they are doing now, and what they like and
don't like about their current position. We help them in forming their vision
of where they think they want to go, what they want to do, and where they want
to do it.
We are able to help our Candidates because of
the large number of Clients we work with. We are able to help our Clients
because of the large number of Candidates we work with. By
carefully understanding the needs and preferences of both, we are able to bring
the right firms together with the right people. Every Client, and Candidate has
their strengths and weaknesses, and the key to our being successful is the
careful matching we do in representing both.
Our Clients know that our Candidates must give
us EXPRESS permission to be submitted to them (or even to release their name to
anyone). When we do, our Candidates have studied the Client and know that they
would like to be considered for joining their team. Our Candidates really
appreciate this, as do our Clients. It saves time and effort for everybody.
